FREEDIVING.
Science exploration with us includes all the different ways you can interact with the environment. At Argonaut Science we have benefitted greatly from our water skills training. Aside from holistically learning more about yourself and finding joy and fun, freediving is a brilliant way to explore the underwater environment with minimal impact and disturbance while maintaining a high standard of safety.
IN DEPTH.
The importance of Freediving education.
Freediving is much more than a sport, humans are born freedivers, it is part of our origin story. Apnea, the simple act of holding your breath, has an ancient history as old as humanity, and is rooted in Africa.

There are many reasons to dive. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to safely access water and find out those reasons for themselves.

Our experience and approach aligns with the highest international standards of safety and we are continuously adapting and improving. Freedom is not the absence of boundaries: we create a safe space for people to be themselves in water. We simplify the complex, working with our conflicts and paradoxes: balancing order and chaos. We slow down and listen to the small things that matter in life. We learn to support life and collaborate with each other.

A Freediving course certification is a way of ensuring high standards of safety, avoiding injury and preserving life. We can think of it as a birth certificate and passport, or proof of education for the benefit of our society.

We are all born Freedivers. We never dive alone.

What people are saying.
The sessions were well paced, making sure we are confident in each skill before moving to another. By the time we put the skills together we were playing in the kelp like mermen. The confidence was up, the skills were acquired and we had become part of a larger community of Deep peeps. I would highly recommend💙
